During the pandemic, we released the video of ‘Jellicle Songs for Jellicle Cats’ sung by alumni of CATS Japan, encouraging those who are having a hard time caused by COVID-19. The video is directed by our artistic director Yojiro Ichikawa.
The video was available only for 24hrs, as it is supposed to be one night all dance ball just like the one Jellicle Cats gather. However, we believe our prayer reached many people’s hearts and ignited a flame of hope.
We strongly hope this would be a help for the industry to rise again.

誇り高き猫たちの舞踏会は、一晩限りの奇跡の群舞。皆様の心に炎を燈すことができましたなら、この上無き幸せ。朝日が昇る時に満月が沈むように、我々もまた美しく幕を引かせていただこうと思います。劇場に灯が燈った暁には、どうぞ、あの魔法が満ちた空間まで足をお運びください。
